Returns

Exchanges and credit notes for full priced online purchases will be gladly accepted where:

  • The goods have not been worn or washed and are in a saleable condition
  • The goods have all original tags attached
  • The goods are returned within the time frame stated below
  • Please read our exchange policies carefully before purchasing at The Romantic:

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or credit note (less shipping costs). You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 7 days to be eligible.

We do not refunds unless the item is faulty; exchanges or credit notes only.

Any exchanged item must be in perfect, unused condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.

We do not refund original shipping fees and do not cover return shipping fees. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Please notify us by email at onlineshop@theromantic.com.au stating item details. Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange or credit note to be processed.

For items purchased on sale - no exchange or refund is offered. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 7 days of contacting us.

Intimates & earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
